Social Media Accessibility

Live Training Event

Alt-text, captions, and color contrast, oh my! Incorporating best practices from the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) on social media can feel like a daunting task. Yet, by not abiding by the recommendations in these guidelines, marketers are missing out on a huge, untapped market in the disability community. Not to mention, disabled people themselves have a frustrating and incomplete user experience with brands who are not prioritizing accessibility. Learn what types of social content to avoid, the do’s and don’ts of captions, how to identify compliant color contrast, and get a crash course on alt-text in this Social Media Accessibility training. cor
